Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) Mission:

To foster, develop and support youth initiative, and a strong representational youth voice in the service and decision-making life of our community, and to engage youth as resources on a county, state-wide, national and international basis.

Shouldn't we as young people have a voice in issues that directly concern us?

And, shouldn't adults recognize that the tradition of making decisions for youth without youth has failed and that our ideas and solutions need to be taken seriously?
